This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;

"a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents No. 1 to reconstitute the Petitioner No. 1 within stipulated period of time.

b) Issue a writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the present case in the best interest of justice, equity and good conscience."

Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that his application pending before the concerned authority may be directed to be decided within a stipulated period.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No. 4 to make all endeavour to consider and decide the application of the petitioners pending before it by a speaking order in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners expeditiously preferably within 30 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, copy of the writ petition and its annexures.

For a period of 30 days from today or till the disposal of the said application, whichever is earlier, no coercive measures shall be taken against the petitioners.
