"10. That the content of paragraphs 14 of the writ petition is not admitted. In reply it is submitted that during the investigation of the case, it has been transpired that the petitioner is major and she has accepted Muslim religion on her own sweet will without any pressure of anyone and in this regard, the petitioner has given her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., before the Investigating Officer concerned, in which she has stated that she has accepted the Muslim religion on her own sweet will and she has not been kidnapped by any person. Copy of the statement of the petitioner under Section 164 Cr.P.C., is being filed herewith and marked as Annexure-1 to this affidavit. It is further submitted that the police authorities have never interfered in the peaceful life of the petitioner nor they have harassed the petitioner in any manner. Rather the petitioner is being given full protection by the police authorities. Hence, the writ petition as framed and filed by the petitioner is wholly mis-conceived and therefore liable to be dismissed on this ground alone."
