The petitioner claims itself to be Committee of Management of Sri Nageshwar Prasad Purva Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Kothilawa, Deoria. The writ petition has been filed through its alleged President, the second petitioner. The case of the petitioners is that respondent no.4, who claims himself to be Manager of the Committee of Management, has committed several irregularities like making illegal appointment of headmistress in the institution and continuing to manage the affairs of the institution despite his term having come to an end. It is also the case of the petitioners that Assistant Registrar has not recognised the list of managing body of the Society for the year 2016-17. The case of the petitioners is that they filed a complaint before respondent no.2 on 24.3.2017 for appointing an authorised controller but no action is being taken on the said complaint.
A perusal of the record reveals that on basis of the complaint filed by the petitioners, the second respondent has asked for a report from the Basic Education Officer by letter dated 12.4.2017. He has also fixed dates for hearing in the matter.
In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to issue any further direction. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
