"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned orders dated 7.1.2005 and 30.12.2004 contained in Annexure No. 1 and 2 to the writ petition.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties directing them not to recover any amount from the pension of the petitioner in pursuance to the impugned orders dated 7.1.2005 and 30.12.2004 contained in Annexure No. 1 and 2 to the writ petition. "
