Learned standing counsel on instructions received from the respondents states that the Registrar, Madarsa Shiksha Parishad, Lucknow had taken a decision on 12.1.2018, rejecting the claim of the petitioner Institution for permitting its students to appear in the examination. A copy of the said order has also been brought on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition, with liberty to challenge the order dated 12.1.2018.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty aforesaid reserved in favour of the petitioner.
