The petitioner had executed a sale deed in favour of the National Highways Authority of India which required the land for road widening. This petition has been filed with a prayer that some more consideration should have been paid to the petitioner.

It is not possible to accept this contention. The petitioner executed the sale deed with open eyes and it is not open for the petitioner to contend that some more sale consideration should be paid.
The petition is misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
