Grievance of the petitioner is that land in dispute was recorded in the name of her mother, who died and thereafter her name was deleted and on a application being made by her, a report has been submitted that the name of her mother was never recorded in the revenue record over the land in dispute.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of her mother was recorded in the revenue record, but with an oblique intention to grab the property, her name has been removed and though the name of the petitioner is entitled to be mutated in the revenue record as her legal heir and representative, but the same is not being done.
After the matter was heard for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner made a request to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the remedy of making an application under Sections 32/33 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for correction of the record and mutation of her name as successor.
In view of the prayer being made before us, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy under Section 32/33 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in case, she is so advised.
