Heard Mr D P Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr Ramanand Pandey, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the respondent-State.
Mr Pandey, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State, at the outset, invited our attention to the order dated 2.1.2018 passed in Writ-C No.62014 of 2017, to contend that the very same notification was considered by this Court in the said writ petition and that writ petition was dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy after the election process is complete. On being confronted with this, counsel for the petitioner, chose not to argue the petition. Hence, this petition is also disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy after the election process is complete.
