Pursuant to the order passed on 13.7.2018, the Settlement Officer Consolidation, Etah, is present before the Court. An affidavit is filed by the officer concerned stating that the amount due and payable to petitioner has been released by 9.5.2018. The affidavit filed today is not opposed on behalf of the petitioner.
Since the relief prayed for has already been granted, no further grievance survives. Writ petition is, accordingly, consigned to records. Personal appearance of the officer concerned is dispensed with.
