Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
With the consent of parties, without issuing notice to the third respondent, the present Writ Petition is being finally heard and decided.
Petitioner is before this Court with the request to direct the second respondents i.e. District Inspector of Schools, Jaunpur to release the fund for making payment of salary to the petitioner for working on the post of Principal since 01.07.2007.
Learned counsel for petitioner informed to the Court that regarding his grievance, the petitioner has already moved detailed representation on 26.02.2018 before the second respondent.
Learned Standing Counsel very fairly submits that in case any such representation is pending, the same would be decided by the concerned authority.
In view of the above, without entering into the merit of the case, the writ petition, on consent, stands disposed of directing the second respondent, District Inspector of Schools, Jaunpur, to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably, within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
