In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to respondent nos.5 and 6.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to the respondents to grant annual increment to the petitioner's salary w.e.f. 1.7.2017 and release the same along with arrears forthwith.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance the petitioner has already made a detailed representation to the third respondent i.e. Regional Higher Education Officer, Varanasi Region, Varanasi and he may be directed to decide the same within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioner moves a fresh representation regarding his grievances within week's time to the authority concerned, the same would be considered and decided in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within two months from the date of filing of the said representation along with certified copy of this order but certainly after giving opportunity to the respondent nos.5 and 6 also. It is also made clear that in case decision has already been taken by the competent authority, the same would be communicated to the petitioner to assail the validity of the said order.
