Petitioner is before this Court with the request to direct the respondents to forthwith grant appointment to the petitioner as Assistant Teacher on the basis of counselling already held on 16.08.2016 and permit the petitioner to function as Assistant Teacher and also to pay the salary month to month on the said post.
Learned counsel for the parties submit that the controversy involved in the petition is squarely covered by a decision rendered in Binod Kumar and others vs. State of U.P. and others (Writ - A No. 6601 of 2017) passed on 10.02.2017, therefore, it is urged that the petition may be decided in terms of the aforementioned decision.
Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of in terms of the decision rendered in Binod Kumar and others (supra).
