Petitioner is before this Court assailing the validity of order dated 08.02.2018 passed by third respondent. Further prayer has been made to command the third respondent to grant financial approval to the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Assistant Teacher (Drawing) in Shri Gandhi Inter College, Dhotari, Ghazipur and pay the current as well as future salary tot he petitioner to petitioner as and when it falls due.
Learned counsel for the parties submit that the controversy involved in the petition is squarely covered by a decision rendered today in Satyendra Kumar Srivastava and others vs. State of U.P. and others , (Writ - A No. 8498 of 2018), therefore, it is urged that the petition may be decided in terms of the aforementioned decision.
Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of in terms of the decision rendered in Satyendra Kumar Srivastava (supra).
