When the matter has been taken up today, Sri R.P. Singh, learned counsel for the B.S.A. Mainpuri placed an instruction dated 28.2.2018 issued by the B.S.A, Mainpuri. The same is taken on record.
Mr. Singh apprises the Court that so far as salary of month of February, 2018 is concerned, the same has been ensured to the petitioner and so far as arrears for the month of December, 2017 and January, 2018 is concerned, necessary bill have already been issued.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court is of the considered opinion that the grievance of the petitioner is redressed in terms of the instruction dated 28.2.2018 sent by the B.S.A. Mainpuri.
Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of.
