Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondent nos.1 and 2 as well as Shri A.C. Srivastava for the respondent nos.3 and 4.

The petitioners are before this Court with request to issue direction to the respondents to consider their claim for payment of Rs.38,000/- as monthly honorarium treating them as Para Teachers as they have completed their BTC Course and in this regard, the budget was also allocated by the Government of India in its meeting dated 15.5.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in this regard the petitioners have already represented the matter before the fourth respondent on 31.10.2017. He has confined his prayer only to the relief that the petitioners' representation dated 31.10.2017 may be considered by the appropriate authority.

Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has no objection to the said prayer.

No useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending.

In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the District Basic Education Officer, Hathras to decide the petitioners' representation in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
