- Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Shri Ravindra Singh who appears for respondent No. 2 and learned Standing Counsel who has accepted notices on behalf of respondents No. 1, 3 and 4.
- It is the case of petitioner that he has retired as an Accounts Clerk on 31.07.2017, but his retiral dues have not been paid till date. He moved a representation before General Manager, Kisan Co-operative Sugar Mills Ltd., Puranpur, District Pilibhit for payment of his Gratuity and other dues. However, the same has not been heeded to.
- Sri Ravindra Singh, learned counsel for the respondents, has pointed out that the petitioner has already made a representation to the respondent no. 2 with regard to his grievance. The writ petition may be disposed of at the admission stage itself directing the respondent no. 2 to take necessary action in the matter.
- Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to consider the representation made by the petitioner, who had retired on 30.9.2017 with regard to non payment of gratuity and other retiral dues as mentioned in his representation.
