Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

It is the case of the petitioner that he was initially appointed as Conductor with the Corporation. He was suspended and thereafter charge-sheet was issued to him. He submitted his reply to the charge-sheet but punishment order was passed of termination on 06.12.2014.

Against the termination order, the petitioner filed an appeal before the Regional Manager of Corporation, Agra Region, Agra and the Appellate Authority on 15.10.2015 set aside the termination order and reinstated the petitioner with a direction that his case be re-enquired into. On de-novo enquiry, the petitioner was again not associated and his termination order was again passed in a mechanical manner on 02.06.2017. The petitioner filed a Revision on 29.06.2017 before the Managing Director/Chairman of the U.P.S.R.T.C. and his Revision is still pending before the respondent no. 2.

The only prayer made in this writ petition is for a mandamus to be issued to the respondent no. 2 for deciding the Revision dated 29.06.2017 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law within the specified period.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the Revision dated 29.06.2017 said to be pending before him, if not already decided, strictly in accordance with law by means of a reasoned and speaking order, within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
