Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel who has accepted on behalf of respondent no. 1.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, no need is felt to issue notice to the respondent nos. 2 & 3.
It is the case of the petitioner that he was working as Seasonal Clerk in the office of the respondent no. 2. He was regularised on 1.1.2008 and retired on 31.7.2017. His retiral dues have not been paid, despite several representations being moved by the petitioner to the respondents. The last such representation has been made by the petitioner to the respondent no. 2 on 29.9.2018, a copy of which has been filed as Annexure 2 to the writ petition.
Without entering into the merits of the controversy, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate reasoned and speaking order regarding whatever dues are payable to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
