Heard Sri Anand Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Petitioner claims that respondent no.4 vide order dated 05.09.2018 has directed the Principal/Manager of Guru Nanak Inter College, Ambala Road, Saharanpur to submit the papers with regard to promotion of the petitioner alongwith one Gutuwant Singh so that a decision may be taken, however the Committee of Management has not forwarded the proposal.
Without entering into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3-Joint Director of Education, Saharanpur Region Saharanpur to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is finally disposed of .
