The sole relief pressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to decide his application dated 13.10.2018 filed under Sections 23 and 24 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006, which was sent through speed post, expeditiously .
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioner submits a fresh application before the respondent no.3-Sub Divisional Officer, Kheragarh, District Agra, under Sections 23 and 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within a period of 15 days alongwith a certified copy of this order, the same shall be considered and decided, after affording opportunity to the parties, within a further period of three months, if there is no other legal impediment.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is finally disposed of .
