Counsel for the respondents has pointed out that each of the writ petitioners, who are eight in number, have individual causes of action with regard to fixation of their pay-scale. The writ petitioners are working in the different branches of State Bank of India and they do not have any juristic relationship to have filed this writ petition together.
This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file individual writ petitions for their separate causes of action detailing the branch they are working and their P.F. No.
