Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is before this Court with request to request to issue direction to the respondent authorities to consider his claim for payment of his salary within stipulated time.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already filed a detailed representation dated 31.9.2017 before the respondent no.3 i.e. Joint Director of Education, Varanasi Region, Varanasi for redressal of his grievance, which is still pending. He has confined his prayer only to the relief that his representation dated 31.9.2017 may be considered by the appropriate authority.

Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents has no objection to the said prayer.

No useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending.

In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the Joint Director of Education, Varanasi Region, Varanasi to decide the petitioner's representation in accordance with law after affording opportunity of hearing to the Manager/Principal of the institution in question within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
