Vakalatnama filed today by Sri Vimlesh Kumar Rai learned counsel on behalf of respondent nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5, is taken in the record.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.

The petitioners claim that the arrears of salary to which they were entitled for the period from 12.04.2011 to 24.09.2011, have not been paid to him. He has submitted a representation to the respondent authorities in this regard.The petitioners have also claim that similarly situated persons have already been given arrears to their salary.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the claim of the petitioners shall be examined in accordance with law.

Considering this, the respondent no. 4 shall decide the claim of the petitioners by passing a reasoned and speaking order, within a period of four months from the date of submission of a certified copy of this order along with a fresh copy of the representation.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the claim of the petitioners. It is for the respondent no. 4 or the competent authority to apply its mind independently on the same and pass an order in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of finally.
