Heard Shri Shiv Nath Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents.

The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondents to complete the process of counselling of advertisement no. 37, the result of which was declared on 22.3.2018 and to call the petitioner for counselling. According to the petitioner he was declared selected in the result declared on 22.3.2018 for the post of Assistant Professor (Chemistry) and out of 137 candidates 48 candidates have been called for counselling but the petitioner has not been called for counselling even though he was declared selected, as per the result dated 22.3.2018, Annexure-4 to the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to prefer a representation before the respondent no. 2- The Director, Higher Education, Allahabad with regard to the grievances as raised in this writ petition and the respondent no. 2 may then be directed to consider his grievance in accordance with law.

This writ petition is therefore disposed of with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties with a direction that in case the petitioner prefers a representation within 15 days from today alongwith certified copy of this order raising all his grievances as raised in this writ petition before the respondent no. 2-The Director, Higher Education, Allahabad, the same shall be considered and decided by the respondent no. 2 in accordance with law within a further period of one month.

It is made clear that the court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merit.
