Learned Standing Counsel Sri Vijay Pratap Singh points out that the order dated 24.2.2009 was stayed by a subsequent order dated 6.3.2009 hence there is no cause for pressing the instant writ petition.
Sri Onkar Nath, learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid fact.
The writ petition is dismissed.
