Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J.
Sri V.B.Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent-University pointed out that the letters dated 28.01.1995 and 11.10.2008 annexed as Annexures 4 and 11 to the writ petition are forged documents. He points out the specific assertions made in the counter affidavit to this effect. The claim of the petitioner is founded on the same documents.
Faced with the aforesaid submissions, Sri Shyam Lal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the instant writ petition.
The writ petition is dismissed.
