Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for the State-respondents, Sri B.K. Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 6 and 8 and Sri Durga Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to advertisement dated 24.3.2018, the petitioner had applied for the post of ABRC. His grievance is that his candidature was arbitrarily rejected by the respondents. He admits that written examination has already been conducted.
In view of the admitted facts of the case that written examination had already conducted on 4.7.2018, therefore, I do not find any good reason to issue any direction to the authority concerned to consider the candidature of the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed .
