Petitioner is seeking transfer on compassionate ground from Kanpur Dehat to Agra, Firozabad or Mathura. Grievance is that similar request in respect of other persons has been considered but petitioner's representation dated 20.5.2018, required to be considered in terms of the order dated 17th May, 2018, passed by respondent no.4, has not been considered in that regard.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that grievance of petitioner shall be examined, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.2, in respect of his grievance annexing all relevant materials in support of his claim, alongwith certified copy of this order, within two weeks from today. The authority concerned shall accord consideration to petitioner's claim, keeping in view the transfer policy as well as personal hardships of the petitioner, within a period of two months, thereafter.
