A report dated 16.10.2017 has been submitted by the Joint Director of Education, Varanasi Division, Varanasi to the Additional Director of Education (Secondary,) U.P. Allahabad and based on that an order dated 19.12.2017 has been passed by the Deputy Director of Education (Secondary-3), Director of Education, U.P. Allahabad. Both, i.e. the report as well as the order dated 16.10.2017 and 19.12.2017 respectively, are not under challenge in the present writ petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition challenging the report and the order dated 16.10.2017 and 19.12.2017 respectively, being relied by the learned counsel for the respondent No.7.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed, after serving a copy of the writ petition on the counsel for the respondent No.7.
