Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.9.2018 in accordance with law within a stipulated period. A further prayer has been made to direct the respondent no. 2/Chief Development Officer Allahabad to initiate appropriate action against the respondent no. 7 under the provisions of UP Panchayat Raj Act.
Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 2.11.2018, learned Standing Counsel has produced copy of the instructions, which is taken on record, wherein it has been stated that explanation submitted by the Gram Pradhan was found to be sufficient and proceedings against him have been dropped.
In such view of the matter, present PIL stands dismissed.
