Pursuant to the order dated 08.10.2018, learned Standing Counsel has produced a copy of instructions dated 22.10.2018, which is taken on record. According to the instructions, illegal constructions have already been removed. Spot memo and coloured photographs of the same duly verified and signed by the Revenue authority have been annexed.
In such view of the matter, present PIL has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
