The appeal is barred by limitation from 32 days. Ignoring the same we have considered the merits of the case.

This appeal is before us to challenge the order dated 28.2.2018 passed by learned single Bench in Writ-A No. 4702 of 2018 that reads as follows;

"Pursuant to the orders passed on the previous occasion, statement of account issued by Purvanchal Bank has been produced. The account is in the name of Paramhansh Singh, Manager. By hand an addition is made in the name of account as ' Vigyan Fund Patel Smarak Inter College, Gorakhpur'. It is alleged that in the past also no depsosits were made and that the contesting respondent was never made aware of it.

Let a detailed counter affidavit in the matter be filed within two weeks. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within a week thereafter.

List thereafter."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent employee states that counter affidavit to the writ petition, pending consideration before the learned single Bench, shall positively be filed through him on or before 24.07.2018.

In view of the statement given by learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 4, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this appeal with request to learned single Bench to consider and decide the writ petition expeditiously as far as possible within a period of fifteen days subsequent to filing of the counter affidavit on or before 24.07.2018.
