This Special Appeal arises out of a common judgment and order in a batch of Writ Petitions decided on 8 March 2018.
Sri Ramendra Pratap Singh and Sri Abhishek Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondents have pointed out that Special Appeal No.255 of 2018 filed against the said judgment and order dated 8 March 2018 has been dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court on 4 April 2018.
Learned counsel appearing for the appellant does not dispute this position.
Thus, for all the reasons stated in the judgment and order dated 4 April 2018 rendered in Special Appeal No. 255 of 2018, this Special Appeal deserves to be dismissed and is, accordingly, dismissed.
