Joint affidavit alongwith joint application filed by learned counsel for the parties are taken on record.
This compromise application is accompanied with joint affidavit of the parties.Parties have settled their dispute outside the court and amount of Rs. 4,22,952/- has been paid to the appellants by the respondents by means of Demand Draft.Demand Draft has been handed over to Sanjeev Singh, learned counsel appellant,by Shri V.K. Nagaich, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.Since respondents are officers of the department of the State Government, compromise is not being sent for verification before the court for verification of the signatures of the signatories to the compromise.
The second appeal is decided in terms of compromise, which shall be made part of the decree in this appeal.
This second appeal stands disposed of.
