Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record
It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that in the first information report there was similar allegations against all the accused persons in causing death of the deceased. Mother-in-law, father-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased have already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 12.10.2017 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos.37614 of 2017 & 37619 of 2017 respectively and the applicant is also entitled to bail on the ground of parity.
On the other hand learned A.G.A. opposed the prayer for bail.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the opinion that the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
