As per report dated 04.07.2017 sent by the Civil Judge, (Junior Division), Sharki, Allahabad, the compromise between the parties duly verified in the presence of the aforesaid court.
In view of the above, the compromise application dated 21.02.2017 is allowed. This appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise. The compromise application shall be made part of the decree in this appeal.
