Hon'ble Sudhir Agarwal,J.

Notice was issued to appellant to engage another counsel vide order dated 12.01.2017 and sent by registered post A.D. on 08.02.2017. As per Office Report dated 17.05.2017, it has been received back with postal endorsement that sole appellant "Unserved/Not met". Fresh notice was issued to appellant on the said date. Office Report dated 02.08.2017 indicates that notice has been returned with postal endorsement "Incomplete address". Again fresh notice was issued to appellant on that date. Office Report dated 31.10.2017 indicates that notice has been returned with postal endorsement "No such house No. as said place/Incomplete address". A fourth order was passed for sending notice to appellant. As per Office Report dated 18.12.2018, notice has not been received back, unserved or otherwise. Service is deemed sufficient.

Called in revised. None appeared to press this appeal.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
