This application has been filed with a prayer to grant leave to appeal against the judgment and order dated 06.02.1998 passed by learned Second Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad in Case No. 1124 of 1996 (State of U.P. Vs. Rambeer Singh and others), under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 409 I.P.C. Police Station Sihani Gate, District Ghaziabad.
Heard learned A.G.A. for the State.
From perusal of the record, the dispute according to even the learned Judge was a civil dispute. The acquittal cannot be said to be bad.
Hence leave to appeal refused.
Appeal is dismissed.
