By way of this appeal, the State has felt aggrieved on the acquittal of both the accused who were charged and were acquitted on 16.01.1998 in Criminal Case no. 2691 of 1992 for the alleged offence under section 407 I.P.C.
While going through the judgment passed by the trial Court, it cannot be said that the said judgment is so perverse that it requires interference by this Court on the principles enunciated by the Apex Court.
In that view of the matter, leave to appeal refused.
Appeal is dismissed.
