While perusing the judgment and the facts, the criminal appeal no. 1234 was filed without the address of the respondents and parentage.
I have perused the record, P.W. 1 Pyare Khan was an injured. However, they were discrepancies between the statement of P.W.1 and P.W. 4.
Learned A.G.A. has tried to point out the infirmities in the judgment, however, the said infirmities are not such which can be said to be perverse.
Hence, leave refused.
Appeal dismissed.
