Kamlesh Kumary Versus Rup Narayan @ Raju) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S.- Kotwali Nagar, District- Bulandshahr.
Learned counsel for the revisionist submitted that the interference in this revision as the learned Family Court Judge, while awarding the amount, has taken into consideration all the parameters which are required to be taken. His income has been shown to that which for the order has been passed.
