This case has been listed peremptorily today, but no one appears on behalf of the revisionist to press the same. Learned A.G.A. is present on behalf of the State.
This revision is directed against the order of interim maintenance passed by the trial court, whereby the application of the revisionist for interim maintenance was rejected by the trial court. The revisional court has remanded the matter to the trial court for decision afresh by setting aside the order of the trial court.
Since the order under challenge is only the order of remand, no interference is called for.
Revision lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
