From perusal of the order-sheet reveals that none was present on 5th March 2018, 9th March 2018 and 14th March 2018. On all the dates referred above the writ petition was called more than one. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest and no longer wants to pursue the matter.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
