Heard Sri Deena Nath, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ashish Pandey, learned A.G.A. and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This Writ Petition has been moved with a prayer to direct the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to conclude the investigation fairly with regard to missing of petitioner's husband on the complaint dated 7.8.2016 lodged in G.D. No.30 at P.S. Kotwali, District Allahabad.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the complaint which was lodged by the petitioner for the missing of her husband is being enquired into and efforts are being made by the police to trace him. He further stated that subsequently an application under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. was filed by the either side for registration of the case inter se the parties and the said application was disposed of by magistrate vide order dated 7.04.2017 with an observation that no offence was disclosed, against which the revision has been filed and the same is pending before the lower court.
The court concerned is directed to decide the revision after hearing parties in accordance with law within four weeks after production of certified copy of this order.
With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
