This petition has been moved with the prayer to direct the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to conduct the fair and proper investigation through another police station or through another agency in Case Crime No. 367 of 2017 under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B and 506 I.P.C., P.S. Achhnera, District Agra.
Sri Prabash Pandey, brief holder for the State contends that as per his instructions on similar allegations, an F.I.R. has also been registered at P.S. Shivpur in State of Madhya Pradesh as Case Crime No. 463 of 2017 and investigation of the present case has also been transferred to the said place.
In view of the same, the present petition does not require any order to be passed.
Let the matter be consigned.
