This appeal has been preferred by appellants against the judgment and order of Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Kanpur Dehat dated 30.4.1996 in Sessions Trial Nos.233 of 1991, State Vs. Arvind Singh and others, Police Station- Akbarpur, District Kanpur Dehat.
From the perusal of the report of the C.J.M.Kanpur Dehat dated 23.08.2018 which is on record of this appeal, it transpires that the both the appellants in this appeal- Arvind Singh @ Pappu Singh and Veerendra Singh @ Raju Singh have died.
Learned A.G.A. has submitted that in view of report of C.J.M.- Kanpur Dehat dated 23.08.2018, this appeal is liable to be abated.
In view of the submission made by learned A.G.A. and on perusal of the recitals contained in report of CJM- Kanpur Dehat, this appeal is dismissed as abated.
