Krishna, Police StationEtmadaulla, District- Agra. whereby the appellant has been convicted under Section 304 part 2 IPC and sentenced him to 5 years R.I.
According to the report of the C.J.M. Agra, sole appellant in this appeal- Krishna has died.
In view of above, this appeal stands dismissed as abated.
