Perused the impugned judgment and order and heard learned AGA for the State.
The appellants- Radhey and Veerpal- have filed this appeal against the judgement and order dated 14.3.2000 passed by VIth Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bareilly in S.T. No.215 of 1994, Police Station- Faridpur, Bareilly, whereby the appellants have been convicted under Section 307/34 IPC and sentenced them to 5 years R.I. coupled with fine of Rs.1000/-, under Section 504 IPC sentencing them for 3 months R.I. and under Section 506 IPC convicting to the appellants for six months R.I., in default of payment of fine, the appellants shall have to undergo six months R.I.
The report of C.J.M.- Bareilly dated 21st April, 2000 which is on record on this appeal indicates that appellants- Radhey and Veerpal in this appeal have expired.
In view of above, this appeal stands abated.
The appeal is accordingly dismissed as such.
