The appellants- Malkhan Singh and Sia Ram- have filed this appeal against the judgment and order dated 5.5.1992 passed by IVth Additional Sessions Judge, Shahjahanpur in S.T. No.193 of 1989, Police Station- Banda, district Shahjahanpur.
The report of CJM- Shahjahanpur dated 2.2.2018 which is on record on this appeal indicates that appellants- Malkhan Singh and Sia Ram- in this appeal have expired.
In view of above, this appeal stands abated.
The appeal is accordingly dismissed as such.
