Perused the impugned judgment and order and learned AGA for the State.
Both the appellants- Sheo Raj and Nepal- have filed this appeal against the judgement and order dated 08.05.1992 passed by 10th Additional Sessions Judge, Bulandshahr in S.T. No.673 of 1984, State Vs. Nepal and others, Police StationKotwali Dehat, district- Bulandshahr, whereby both the appellants have been convicted under Sections 307/34 and 364 IPC and sentenced to imprisonment for 4 years R.I. and 3 years R.I., respectively.
The report of C.J.M.- Bulandshahr dated 3.2.2018, which is on record on this appeal, indicates that both the appellants- Sheo Raj and Nepal- in this appeal have expired five and 22 years before, respectively.
In view of above, this appeal stands abated.
